Lock the event. It stays viewable for everyone who has it.

- A child pays half, a light eater pays less. Set each person's share once and change it per expense if needed.
- Groups and sponsors
- A family pays together. A group's sponsor covers the shares of its members.
- Personal items
- At a restaurant everyone orders their own. The shared part is split, the personal dishes are not.
- Multiple currencies
- Paid in Czech crowns? The ECB rate fills in by itself, and you can type the amount from your bank statement directly.
- Deposits
- Collect a deposit up front, even a non-refundable one. It reduces the final payment, and is refunded or forfeited if someone cancels.
- Replacements
- Someone dropped out? A replacement takes over their shares and deposit.
- Receipts and PDF
- Attach a receipt file to an expense. Download a clear statement as a PDF to print or share.
- Link and password
- Everyone else views the event with a link and a password. No registration needed.
Your expenses are none of our business
Titles, names, amounts and receipts are encrypted in your browser. The server stores only encrypted data, and the app's administrator can't see it. The key is derived from the event password that you choose.
- No ads, no tracking.
- A participant's e-mail is used only to link them to their account. The organiser can't see it again after entering it.
- You can download your data and delete your account.

Questions
Do the others have to register?
No. A link and the event password are enough to view. Only people who create or edit events need an account.
What if I forget the event password?
The organiser can change it from their account. Without that, the data can't be recovered, so keep the password where you sent it.
What does ad acta mean?
Latin for “to the files”. It describes a matter that is settled and filed away, which is exactly what you want to do with the bill.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. You log expenses online, but you can add the app to your phone's home screen.
